1. Introduction

Welcome to www.edifier.com.my (the “Site“), operated by Inter-Asia Technology Sdn Bhd (Company No. 573896-A), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at 16, Jalan PJU 3/47, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (“Edifier Malaysia“, “we“, “us“, or “our“), the authorised distributor of Edifier® products in Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, and purchasing products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you:

4.2 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, exclusive of delivery charges.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing/typographical errors at any time without prior notice. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

4.4 Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or reseller/bulk-buying activity outside normal retail use.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract of sale is only formed once we send you an order confirmation.

5.2 We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, online banking, e-wallets, or approved instalment plans). Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

6.1 We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.

6.3 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address information provided by you.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

7.2 Products purchased on the Site are covered by the applicable Edifier manufacturer’s warranty, as set out in our Warranty Terms page. Warranty claims must be made through authorised service channels listed on the Site.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

7.4 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear and tear, or use with incompatible accessories.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site — including the Edifier name, logos, trademarks, product images, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Edifier Technology Co., Ltd., Inter-Asia Technology Sdn Bhd, or their respective licensors, and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edifier Malaysia, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
